The faithful are asking to send them more cards within the campaign "We pray for you for ever"

As reported Father Andriy Dmytryk, Chancellor of the Apostolic Exarchate for Ukrainian Catholics of the Byzantine Rite in Germany and Scandinavia, in his letter to Bishop Bogdan (Dziurakh), Secretary of the Synod of Bishops, this prayer initiative has positive feedback and great interest among the Ukrainian community. He asked to convey to interested believers more of these cards so that they can unite in a common prayer for Ukrainian defenders.

The prayer campaign "We pray for you for ever" in support of Ukrainian soldiers who now protect Ukraine from the aggressor, lasts from May in the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church.

A postcard can be filled in every parish of the UGCC. There is a general appeal to the warrior, in which we thank him for his stamina, for a heroic act, wishing him to return wholesome and alive, and assure him that we are uniting with him in prayer. In the leaflet there is a place where everyone can write his name to the soldier for him to know that there are real people, with the names and even from the real parish, the city, from which is the family or person, the whole community which is praying for him daily.

"Dear soldiers, it is a great honor to defend our Homeland. At this difficult time our Motherland really needs you. Let God give you strength and health! Glory to you, glory to Ukraine". For example, with these words the family from Ingolstadt (Germany) is appealling to Ukrainian military. They are written on a postcard, published within the campaign "We pray for you for ever".
