The Evangelistic Missions of the UGCC are taking place in Kirovohrad region

From 25th until the 30th of September of 2012 the Evangelistic Missions of the UGCC are taking place in the Kirovohrad region. This event will be conducted with the assistance of the Patriarchal Commission of the UGCC on Matters of Evangelization in collaboration with the Commission of Lviv Archeparchy.

Among the participants of the Missionary Evangelization there will be Vira Tsenhlevych, who is the head of the UGCC Commission on Matters of Evangelization of Lviv Archeparchy, five students of the final year of Lviv Theological Seminary and volunteers of the UGCC School of Spirituality and Evangelization.

During the day, missioners evangelize, and in the evening, for all those who wish there is the concert taking place; the concert of the enlightenment music band “Quovadis”, the winner of international competitions. The missioners have already visited Znamyanka city, Volodymyrivka village which is situated in Znamyanka district and Chervonovershka village of Kompanivskyi district of Kirovohrad region.

On the 28th of September the evangelization will take place in Rozdollya village of Kompanivskyi district, and the concert program of the music band “Quovadis” will be held in the Village House of Culture.

It is known that on the 29th of September, missioners will arrive at the UGCC Parish of the Nativity of St. John the Baptist that is in Kirovohrad. The organizers of the evangelic missions are grateful to the representatives of the editorial house “Svichado”, who supplied this event with all the handout literature.
