Silver Play Button for Zhyve TV: presentation of the award and congratulations of His Beatitude Sviatoslav

The "Zhyve TV" channel on YouTube has reached 100,000 subscribers. For this achievement, YouTube recognized it with a special award - the Silver Play Button. The event was presented on Friday, May 21, 2021, by Fr. Ihor Yatsiv

"We got this silver button thanks to you," said Fr. Ihor, addressing the audience, “We thank everyone who watches ‘Zhyve Television.’ This is a really important achievement for us."

On the occasion of receiving the award, the Head of the UGCC thanked Zhyve Television, which, as he emphasized, is a powerful tool of communication within the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church. "Today, in the pandemic, for millions of Ukrainians around the world, Zhyve television is a way to communicate with God and the community of their Church," he said.

The Head of the Church expressed his gratitude to the subscribers, the number of which on the YouTube channel has already surpassed 118,000.

" Thank you for supporting Zhyve TV with donations, because without them such a media project could not exist. And without your subscriptions to the channel, we would not have this Silver Button today. Therefore, I would like to thank all of you who have already signed and those who have not yet signed,” said His Beatitude Sviatoslav.

The next step is 1,000,000 subscribers, for which YouTube awards the Gold Play Button.
