Relics of Saint Peter the Apostle are in Ivano-Frankivsk

On March 21, 2010, at the conclusion of Road to the Cross in Ivano-Frankivsk, the relics of Saint Peter the Apostle, which are visiting from Rome, will be solemnly brought to the Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ. The action takes place on the benediction of Bishop Volodymyr (Viytyshyn), Eparch of Ivano-Frankivsk of the UGCC.
On March 21, 2010, at the conclusion of Road to the Cross in Ivano-Frankivsk, the relics of Saint Peter the Apostle, which are visiting from Rome, will be solemnly brought to the Cathedral of the Resurrection of Christ. The action takes place on the benediction of Bishop Volodymyr (Viytyshyn), Eparch of Ivano-Frankivsk of the UGCC. In the cathedral the relics will be on display for adoration. While the relics are in Ivano-Frankivsk after the celebration of Divine Liturgies benediction will be shared with the Holy Myrrh. The relics will stay in Ivano-Frankivsk from March 21 to 28, 2010.  Proto presbyter Stephan Balagura, priest Vitaliy Tokar, and priest Andrey Andrusiv are responsible for the delivery of the relics and their stay in Ivano-Frankivsk.
