On May 5, the Father and Head of the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church celebrated his 50th birthday.

On this occasion, His Beatitude Sviatoslav received many greetings. The Prime Minister of Ukraine personally congratulated the Primate of the UGCC on the occasion of the anniversary.

The letters, in particular, were sent by the President of Ukraine and the Primate of the PCU. Bishops of the UGCC from all over the world greeted the Head of the Church through ZOOM.

"These days I have received many warm, sincere, interesting, valuable and dear to my heart greetings through written letters, emails, as well as through other means of communication. I would very much like to thank everyone for them,” shared the Primate.

"That is why let me express my sincere thanks to all of you who greeted me and expressed words of respect and support. May the merciful Lord reward you all for your prayer, sincerity and desire to be with me, a sinner, on this day. May the Lord God bless us all,” said the Head of the UGCC.
