Easter interview of His Beatitude Sviatoslav with Channel 5

In a traditional interview given to Channel 5 on the occasion of Easter, the Head of the UGCC will greet Ukrainians with the great feast of Christ’s Resurrection. His Beatitude Sviatoslav will be answering the questions of the host of the program “Chas” (Times), Sviatoslav Tseholko, about fasting as spiritual awakening and causes of the crisis.  He will also be discussing establishment of the UGCC Patriarchate and its ecumenical dimension.  His Beatitude will also talk about interpersonal relations among Church Hierarchs, construction of the Ukrainian world, all-Ukrainian dimension of the Church and Christian youth. Easter interview of the Primate of the UGCC can be viewed on Sunday 24 April at 21.20 on Channel 5. Additionally, on 24 April at 1.45 (Kyiv time) UT-1 will begin broadcasting of Easter Liturgy presided by His Beatitude Sviatoslav from the Church of St. Basil the Great in Kyiv. The broadcast will last 2 hours. In the morning from 9.00 till 11.00, key moments of night service will be replayed, with half an hour given for each confession.
